SYROS AVOCADO PULP SUPER CHUNKY PASTEURIZED

Syros’ HPP (high pressure pasteurized) super chunky avocado pulp is another unique niche product imported from Mexico. All heat is avoided in the preparation, guaranteeing the excellent taste of the fruit. The ultra high pressure turns avocado into a product that does not need any preservation additives.

The “super chunky” variation contains extra large chunks of fruit in high quantity. It is ideally suited for those who wish to produce their own guacamole.

Ingredients
Syros avocado pulp super chunky HPP is exclusively made of Hass-avocado. It contains no additives at all.

Health aspects
Syros avocado products are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, while containing no cholesterol. They are high in protein and fibre. The oily fat is similar to the one found in olives.
