Chakalaka® with fish
As a starter: Grilled scallops with Chakalaka
Heat the grill. Sprinkle the shellfish with sea salt and black pepper on both
sides and grill them until they are golden brown. Put the scallops on a plate and spoon some Chakalaka® around them. Garnish with parsley.
As a main dish: Fried seawolf with Chakalaka
Cover the fish fillets with coarsely ground pepper, sprinkle them with salt and fry them in hot olive oil. Quickly absorb the excess oil with kitchen tissue.
Put the seawolf and the Chakalaka® on a plate and serve with jacket potatoes. The seawolf can be replaced by anglerfish, cod or other white fish.
