SYROS PASTEURIZED GUACAMOLE

Syros’ HPP (high pressure pasteurized) Guacamole is a unique niche product. It is imported from Mexico where it is pasteurized under ultra high pressure. By using no heat at all, the full and pure taste of the Guacamole is guaranteed. Absolutely no preservatives nor additives are needed.
Very few producers are able to deliver avocado and avocado products using this new and revolutionary system. Syros is pleased to be able to offer Guacamole HPP to its clients.

Ingredients
As for the usual Guacamole the Syros Guacamole HPP contains 95% (spicy blend) to 98% (mild blend) of the superior Hass-avocado and 2 to 5% of onion, garlic and red bell pepper.

Health aspects
Syros’ Guacamole contains a full range of vitamins and antioxidants while the mono-unsaturated fats contain no damaging cholesterol. The product is high in protein and fibre. Guacamole is very healthy for the human being and for his or her skin.

Packaging
The most common packaging is in
plastic bags: 500 g or 2 kg
cartons: 12 x 500 g or 4 x 2 kg
Syros also presents custom made and retail packaging according to the clients wishes.

Shelf life
Two years after production date, at -18° C.
One month after defrosting, at 0°- 4°C
