SYROS LIME PEEL

Syros lime peel is a 100% natural product, free of any additives, chemicals or pesticides. The peel comes from sun ripened limes and keeps its natural taste due to the fact that no heating or other treatment are used in its preparation.

Syros lime peel is an ideal ingredient for ice creams, marmalades, sweets, etc. It’s green colour is typical for the Persian lemon.
