SYROS PURE LIME JUICE

Taste Syros pure lime juice once and you will understand why it is so special and indeed pure, not from concentrate. Syros lime juice is a 100% natural product, containing neither preservatives nor additives. It did not undergo any heat treatment.

A single litre of Syros lime juice contains the juice of 60 or more hand squeezed sun ripened limes cultivated in Honduras on land free of pesticides or other chemicals. The artisanal pressing method guarantees that the juice contains no bitter skin taste.

Only first quality mature fruit, freshly picked, is used to preserve the natural flavour and aroma of the juice. The juice is extracted, filtered, and frozen in a very short period of time, to make sure that it keeps the taste of freshly squeezed lime.
 
The result is a natural, honest, high-quality product, ready to use in drinks, food preparations, pastries, ice creams, sauces, marmalades, mayonnaises, dressings, etc. Lime juice can also be used as a taste enhancer and as an acid base.

Ingredients
Only the pure juice of freshly picked mature limes sizes 54 and 48.

Health aspects
Syros pure lime juice is very rich in vitamin C. The juice contains no health hasards at all.
