While Syros pure lime juice and Syros lime peel are mainly intended for use in the food industry, Syros Kaypa® can also be used in a multitude of combinations even by the retail client.
Lemonade
Take one measure of Kaypa® and mix with 6 to 9 measures of water, sparkling water and/or crushed ice.
Cocktails
The fresh taste of lime juice and the typical flavour of cane sugar turn Kaypa®
into a great ingredient for over 140 cocktails (as detailed in the New York Bar Tender’s Guide). The best known may well be:
- Daiquiri: 1 measure of Kaypa®, 1 measure of rum, 3 to 5 measures of water and/or crushed ice.
- Mojito: 1 measure of Kaypa®, 1 measure of rum, 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves and 3 to 5 measures of water and/or crushed ice.
- Caipirinha: 1 measure of Kaypa®, 1 measure of Cachaça, 3 to 5 measures of water and/or crushed ice
Other preparations
Syros Kaypa® is excellent to prepare ice cream, sherbets, fruit salads, pastries, etc.
